Prices per week, final cleaning excluded (120 € payable locally):

You can rent for periods of less than a week, paying a premium to be agreed.
Before the month of May, you may need to turn up the heat, that is not included in the price. Cost to be paid according to consumption. There is also a security deposit to be paid to the owner upon your arrival, which will be returned on departure if there were no damages. Please send a deposit as challenging, in order to retain a valid reservation.
